We offer a wide range of packaging for pharmaceutical products and nutritional supplements in various dosage forms, whether tablets, capsules or liquids. Our packaging service includes the filling of your product into cans and bottles in various sizes, shapes and colours made from different materials (glass or PET), including a wide range of matching closures. The sizes on offer vary between 20 ml and 1000 ml. We are also happy to take care of the right labelling. The 1Q Health team will be happy to assist you with everything from design, checking mandatory information and marketability to ordering and labelling.

Our aim is to find the perfect solution for your requirements, which is why we have over 400 different types of cans, bottles and jars available. In addition to automated packaging, we also offer semi-manual and manual packaging, depending on the size and complexity of the order. If we do not yet have your desired packaging in our range, our purchasing team will take action to procure the right packaging for you. We always try to realise individual customer wishes together with you to meet the specific requirements of your projects. On request, you can also receive cans and jars in an automated folding carton as secondary packaging with a package insert.

A high level of product safety is important to ensure that your products reach your customers safely and intact. Various sealing elements, such as our press-seal or poly-seal closures, protect the contents of the bottles and jars from external influences. For additional safety, we offer child-resistant closures and apply fully automatic sleeves around the lids, which serve as a first opening guarantee.

But product safety also means quality in automated packaging. Continuous in-process checks are carried out throughout the packaging process to ensure consistently high quality. This means that coding takes place in line during the packaging process and your products are precisely coded and labelled.
