The 1Q Health Group acts responsibly towards the environment and society and in its corporate governance. We stand for sustainable business practices, fair trade and ethical leadership – in line with ESG principles.

Sustainability is not achieved through slogans, but through daily action.

As a CDMO, we bear responsibility along the entire value chain – from development and international sourcing to production and regulatory affairs. We focus on efficiency, resource conservation and fair cooperation with customers, employees and suppliers.

For us, ESG is not just a project, but an attitude. It strengthens our position as a strategic partner, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.

Our ESG goals and first steps

We’re all set to go – the timeline shows how we’ll implement our ESG strategy.

Foundation & setting the course

By founding the 1Q Health Group, we are laying the groundwork for responsible corporate development. We have created initial ESG structures, defined responsibilities and established key sustainability principles.

ESG structure & competence building

Our focus is on establishing group-wide ESG guidelines and processes. We’ll be supported by external partners who’ll provide technical expertise and support the further expansion of our sustainability strategy.

Disclosure & further development

We will publish our first ESG report for the 2026 financial year. Sustainability, social responsibility and governance are firmly anchored in all companies within the Group and are continually being developed.

The start of our ESG journey

We are at the beginning of our ESG journey. We see sustainability as an integral part of our corporate practice. Within the 1Q Health Group, we are creating the conditions for ESG to be implemented step by step across all companies, through clear goals, measurable progress and continuous improvement.

We take ESG aspects into account from the outset when making investments and undertaking new projects, in order to make responsible decisions.

At the same time, we promote openness and knowledge-sharing between our companies to learn from each other and strengthen common standards.

We are aware that not all the data is available yet. Where there are gaps, we address them transparently and work consistently to improve the foundations. Our goal is clear: to make real progress, not engage in greenwashing, and ensure the healthcare industry is sustainable and future-proof.

We take responsibility – and continue to engage in dialogue.
